About the Devotional
Some people have called the Bible, "God's love letter to humanity". That is because the Bible's central message is one of great love, God's love. The Bible describes the state of humanity as our being estranged from God because of our sin, but God has shown us his extravagant love by sending his one and only son Jesus to die on our behalf so that we might be redeemed and restored to him. This most wonderful good news message is called "The Gospel".
Over the course of this 7-day devotional your family will learn all about the Gospel and that the most important relationship we can have is a close personal relationship with Jesus. You will then discover how marriage and sexuality were designed from the very beginning to be a beautiful symbolic picture of the loving relationship Jesus has with his followers, where he is the "groom" and we are his "bride".
